Services

QCBC provides residential trash and recycle bin cleaning in Bettendorf, Davenport, Moline, Rock Island, and the surrounding Quad Cities area. Service availability depends on your location.

Booking and Payment

Bookings and online payments are handled through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). Pricing shown for one-time cleans and monthly plans is displayed at the time of booking and may change. All sales are final — no refunds once a service has been scheduled or performed.

Monthly plans (pay after): if you choose to pay after each cleaning instead of upfront, payment for each month's service is due at the time of that cleaning. You must pay after each cleaning to stay eligible for the following month's service. Missed payments pause future cleanings until the balance is caught up.

Service Access

You are responsible for ensuring your bin is empty and accessible on the day of service, along with access to an outdoor water spigot and an outdoor electrical outlet. If we cannot access your bin, water, or power at the scheduled time, we may need to reschedule.

Monthly Plans

Monthly plans are a 3-month commitment paid up front as a single charge. Once you purchase a plan it is final and non-refundable — including before the first cleaning has been performed. You cannot cancel a scheduled cleaning in the hours or days before I arrive; if it's paid for, it's going to be cleaned.

If only 1 of the 3 cleanings has been completed, I am still obligated to complete the remaining 2 cleanings as part of your plan — but no refund is issued for unused cleanings if you decide to stop. Plans are not converted to one-time cleanings after purchase and partial-use refunds are not offered.

Service Results

We use a 1800 PSI pressure washer with earth-friendly soap. Results depend on the age and condition of the bin. Severe staining, cracking, or damage that existed before service may not be fully removable.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QCBC is not liable for pre-existing damage to bins or conditions not caused by our services. Any concerns about a cleaning must be reported to us within a reasonable time so we can address them.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website and services means you accept the updated terms.
