Terms of Service

QCBC provides residential trash and recycling bin cleaning in Bettendorf, Davenport, LeClaire, Eldridge, Moline, East Moline, Rock Island, Coal Valley, and other nearby Quad Cities communities reviewed individually.

QCBC also offers quote-based exterior cleaning: careful low-pressure vinyl siding cleaning, sidewalk, walkway and front-step cleaning, and driveway cleaning for select properties.

You choose the weekday your garbage is normally collected. QCBC automatically schedules the next available cleaning on that weekday after collection. A new booking is never scheduled for the same day it is submitted. QCBC does not promise same-day, next-day, same-week, or guaranteed availability.

Weather, unsafe conditions, inaccessible property, or other circumstances outside QCBC's control may require rescheduling. QCBC will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

A three-visit plan includes exactly three cleanings and does not renew automatically. Plan visits are scheduled monthly from the first assigned cleaning date, on your selected pickup weekday.

One-bin plans are $75 total ($25 per visit). Two-bin plans are $105 total ($35 per visit). Paying online covers the full plan total; choosing to pay after cleaning means the applicable visit amount is due after each completed visit.

One-time cleanings are $30 for one bin and $40 for two bins, with extra bins at $10 each. Online payments are processed by Stripe. Prices shown at the time of booking apply to that booking and may change for future bookings.

You may pay online before service or pay after the completed cleaning. Payment method does not affect scheduling order or capacity priority.

Payments are final after a service has been completed. Prepaid amounts for work QCBC cannot perform will be rescheduled or refunded for the unperformed portion. Nothing in these Terms limits cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Applicable home-solicitation or door-to-door transactions may carry additional cancellation rights required by law. To change an upcoming appointment, contact QCBC as soon as possible.

You are responsible for leaving your bin empty and accessible after collection, and for providing access to an outdoor water spigot and an accessible outdoor GFCI outlet. QCBC uses standard house water and does not use heated water or a hauled water tank.

By booking, you confirm you are the property owner or are otherwise authorized to request work at the service address.

Exterior quote requests are free and no payment is collected through the quote form. A quote request is not a confirmed booking. Scope, price, runoff conditions, access, and availability must be confirmed in writing by QCBC before exterior work is scheduled or performed.

Bin cleaning uses pressure-washing equipment rated up to 3,000 PSI, adjusted as appropriate for the surface, along with soap and scrubbing to loosen grime and reduce odors. Vinyl siding is cleaned with careful low-pressure methods. Concrete pressure is selected based on the surface and its condition.

Results vary with the age and condition of the bin, siding, or concrete. Complete stain or odor removal is not guaranteed. Runoff and drainage are reviewed based on property conditions and local requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QCBC is not liable for pre-existing damage to bins, siding, concrete, or other property, or for conditions not caused by our services. Report any concern about a cleaning promptly so it can be addressed.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the website and services means you accept the updated terms.
