Booking information: your name, phone number, email address (when provided), service street address, city, state and ZIP code, your normal garbage pickup weekday, the bins and package you select, and any notes you add.

Payment information: online payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered with Stripe and are not stored on this website. QCBC receives payment status, amounts and transaction references.

Exterior quote requests: contact details, service address, property information such as surface type, measurements, condition notes and access details, and any property photos you upload.

Policy acceptance: the version of these policies you agreed to and the time you agreed, recorded with your booking.

Booking and contact details are used to schedule, perform and follow up on your service. Payment data is used to process and reconcile payments. Quote information and photos are used to review, estimate, schedule and complete requested exterior work. Policy-acceptance records are kept to document agreement to our terms.

QCBC uses Stripe for payment processing and Supabase for database, authentication and file storage, along with the website hosting and security providers that deliver this site. These providers technically process the data needed to run the service under their own privacy terms.

Uploaded quote photos are stored in private storage restricted to authorized QCBC access and the necessary service providers described above. They are not published on the website.

This site uses cookies and local browser storage that are necessary for the site to work, such as keeping a session or remembering that an intro animation has already played. QCBC does not run third-party advertising trackers. If analytics are added in the future, this policy will be updated first.

QCBC does not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Information is shared only with the service providers listed above, or where required by law.

Booking, payment and quote records are retained while your service relationship is active and afterward for the period needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes. Quote photos are deleted once the request is closed and no longer needed. You may request earlier deletion of information QCBC is not legally required to keep.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information QCBC holds about you by emailing or calling using the contact details below. QCBC will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first.

QCBC uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access-controlled storage and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

This website and these services are intended for adults. QCBC does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information, contact QCBC and it will be deleted.

This policy may be updated from time to time. The revision date at the top will change, and continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised policy.
