Do I need to be home?+
Nope — as long as your outdoor water spigot and an outdoor outlet are accessible. Just leave the bin out after the city grabs your trash and I'll handle the rest.
What do you need from me?+
Three things: (1) an empty bin, (2) access to your outdoor water spigot/hose bib, and (3) an outdoor electrical outlet for my pressure washer. Standard house water is perfect — no hot water needed.
What if my bin still has trash in it?+
I can't clean it. If the garbage truck didn't take it, the bin needs to be empty before I can wash it out. Small stuck stuff at the bottom is fine — full bags are a no-go.
When do you come?+
Within a few days of your pickup day. I'll text you to confirm the day before.
How do you clean it?+
1800 PSI pressure washer hooked to your outdoor spigot, earth-friendly soap, scrubbed inside and out. Standard house water — no heated water, no hauled tanks.
Where does the dirty water go?+
Onto your driveway/lawn where it drains naturally. The soap I use is biodegradable and earth-friendly — safe for grass, pets, and storm drains.
Do you do anything besides bins?+
Nope. Bins only — that's all I do. Means I'm fast, dialed in, and your bin's my only focus when I pull up.
What's the price?+
$30 for 1 bin, $40 for 2. Monthly plans available with a 3-month minimum — see the Book Now page.
Where do you service?+
Bettendorf, Davenport, Moline, and Rock Island — the whole Quad Cities area.
How do I pay?+
Pay online when you book, or cash/card after the job. Whatever works for you. All sales final — no refunds.
Do you have a refund policy?+
All sales are final — no refunds once a service is scheduled or performed. Unlike ordering food you can send back, I can't un-clean a bin. If something's wrong with the job, reach out right away and I'll make it right. Full details on the Terms of Service page.
